The Honeywell QuietSet is the best budget tower fan for UK bedrooms. At 40 dB on its sleep setting, it's genuinely whisper-quiet. The 8 speed settings give precise control, and the sleep mode dims the display so it doesn't disturb sleep. Remote control is a useful addition at this price point. It won't cool a room like an air conditioner, but for circulating air and creating a cooling breeze on warm nights, it's excellent value at under £90.
